How is the feedback on CCM 4 on the field? Is there any trouble with this release? A customer needs to use QSIG to connect to a nortel PBX for one of the feature. I used to hear that Cisco recalled this verion due to various issues.

I'd recommend it. It definitely has its issues and I've bled a little over some of them. I think I've opened a dozen or so new bug cases, but we implemented several while it was still in new product hold. Cisco has come through and fixed or worked around all of the issues.
If I can help it, I'll never install another CM 3.x version again, they'll all be 4.x.
