I try to do test configuration on test environment with CCM ver 3.3.3(sr4a). I have problem to setup Attendant Console. On client PC I got error: Unable to connect to server”, the client AC software version is correct. On CCM server I setup Pilot Point and Hunt Group, and made association Device and Pilot Points with the ac User. I tested Pilot point and Hunt Groups and it’s worked.

On client PC in file acclient.txt I get this:

AC Client work OK on this PC if I make connection to working CCM 3.3.3(sr4a).

I believe that problem is on CCM server side, but can not fixed

Hi ESB_DJ

If you install the AC directly into the server does it work fine?

Are there any Firewall or NAT between the PC and CCM ?

Any AD integration?

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/4_0/sys_ad/4_0_1/ccmcfg/b04ccmac.htm

Let us know.

I try with Microsoft AD intergation and without AD intergration ( with CiscoAD on CCM server), and I receive same error. CCM server , AC Client PC and the IP phones in test environment are on same switch (C3550) with no NAT or AL configuration on it, and uplink to working environment. The same AC Client work OK on same PC if I make connection to working CCM 3.3.3(sr4a). I’m still looking for help.

make sure the login account on the pc has sufficient rights on the local machine. Better to make the account part of the local admins group. this resolved the issue for us on 3.33 and 3.34

User has rights on local mashine. Application work fine if I make connection to working CCM sistem (production envarment), but when the problem is when I make connection to test CCM sistem

Anyone? :-)
