Hi,

Only option to re route call when BW limitation is hit is through AAR. No other option available.

Hi,

I believe you can not do it by CUCM configuration. It is more of any routing the VOIP packets which has to taken care by routing protocol.

AAR will come in to play when CAC restrict the call due to low BW and AAR do not decide on which WAN path the VOIP packet goes.

hi Ronak ,Thank you for your response. whether or not sla can resolve it ?

Hi,

If BW limitation is hit and AAR is invoked, the CUCM will try to route the call using AAR configuration and if AAR is invoked the SLA will also not come in to play.
