hallo, with wich software is it possible to get a hard disk image backup to network for ccm 4.02 without loosing cisco support?

my customer requirement is to safe the hard disk image on a network server.

does anybody has any infos about?

Hi,

I think, except BARS, there is no officialy supported tool for recovering CCM.

On the other hand I personaly use Acronis for making a CCM HDD image. I had a test environement and after recovering I didn't have any problem with a servers.

Also, I always keep a BARS backup file just in case.

Acronis True image Server 8.0. It works fine.
