CCM page not accessible after MLA configuration

Hi,

After configuring MLA i am not able to access the CCM administration page. I am running CCM 4.1.3. Neither the DC Directory is accessible.

Can anyone suggest what shld be done now to get the access for the CCM administration page.

Hi

Once you have MLA installed, you need to use the account name ccmadministrator with the password you entered during the MLA setup to get access.

I have another issue while i go to configure ICT between 2 publishers which are on the same network and 1 ipphone is configured to each, an error bumps up that "some required fields parameters are invalid". I checked all but couldn't find any. Could you please help me out in this.

Perhaps - you'll need to post more information though, perhaps screenshots of the configuration you are trying to put in?
