CDR Flag for Picked Up Phone Calls

Hi Guys,

Recently I dig down into CDR to find statistics of a hotline. I found out there were many phone calls with duration of 0 second, like 20-30% of total records. As far as I know, these group of people always picked up their phone calls.

So I have 2 questions regarding CDR:

1. How can I decide whether the record is a legit/actual phone calls made from external/internal party to Other CollaboraOther Collaboration Subjectstion Subjectsa hotline?

2. If the phone calls are all legit, how can I differ which one is missed phone calls and the one that got picked up?
