Certificate CUCM - SIP Trunk TLS

Hi expert,
I must to create a SIP trunk on TLS protocol between two CUCM v10.5, I follow documentation, I generate a CSR for call manager service. but I can't find any information how I can sign the certificate ? with which template Client/Server or only Server ? Type is web server ? x509 ?
if you have any documentation it will be very helpful

If you're going to use another CA, you'll need to google how to do it with it.
