change default background cisco logo to company logo on cisco ip phone 7911

Please advise the steps for the subject mentioned. We have ccm 4.1(3)sr5d with 1 publisher and 2 subscriber in a cluster of ip telephony environment. Your responses and idea will be highly appreciated.

The process is the same for the 7911 except that the path for the List.xml file and image files is 'C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\Desktops\95x34x1' - The image size of course will need to be 95x34 as well.

Hi, is there any way that custom background is a first image o default image? now is second in the list and if user not choice the defautl image is a cisco logo.
