What service parameter do I have to change in Call Manager 3.3 to change the number of rings before it goes to voicemail. Currently it takes 2 rings before going to voicemail, I would like to change it to 5...

Service\Service Paramaters
Choose your publisher and the Cisco Call Manager Service. The paramater is "Forward NoAnswer Timer"

just be aware that when you change the number of rings here, it will be for all phones that connect to that callmanager. in 3.3, you cannot change it on a per phone basis.

just for info in Call Manager 4.0(1) you have the ability to change the length of ring before rolling to voicemail by line and not cluster wide like in Call Manager 3.x
