Two 50" displays mounted side-by-side randomly display a blank screen with a soft blue glow at the bottom. This randomly alternates between the two monitors. Turning the power off and on clears the issue, but it keeps happening. The DMP does not need to be power-cycled when this happens, as just cycling the monitor restores the image. Does anyone know why this might happen and what we can do to stop this? The rest of the monitors at this site are the 40-inch models and they have never had this issue.
