cisco 8845 ip phone firmware upload failure

Hi,

We are using call manager 9.1. and I need to upload a new phone firmware for using cisco 8845. But when I try to upload a new firmware  I get this error. "Name does not match any filter pattern."

the file is : cmterm-8845_65-sip.11-7-1-17.k3.cop.sgn

What can be the problem?

Hi,

Make sure the file exist in the home directory of SFTP.

yes sure ccm sees the files but seems that they are invalid.

In the folder, there would be files which are invalid while the firmware file of 8845 won't be present.

Make sure file is present. Once done, automatically it would show cop.sgn file.

Do I need to install first the device packages file for call manager and then the firmware file for cisco 8845 phone?

I get this new error for the file for 8845 firmware file.

I tried two different files but still same :(
