Can someone please tell me where to change the password for the Cisco Agent Desktop login screen?
The login screen has 3 boxes where you insert your 1)login name 2)password & 3) extension number. Attached is a "print screen" of the login window.
The users for CRS are stored in Call Manager, so you have to do it via the user web page for Call Manager.
Once the user logs in here they can change the password.
Thanks, but I can't log into page because I don't know the password. Is there another area where you can assign a new password to that "USER id"??
If you are the administrator of Call Manager you can go into CCMAdmin, and locate the User under the User menu item and Global Directory. When you search for the user, and find their configuration you can change the password.
FYI - this method won't work for the Supervisor Desktop (I struggled with this once).
