Hi Techguys,
I want to configure point to point Hotline System on cisco ATA 191 through dedicated FXO Port on ISR4451. Please share with me any documention or configuation help for this System. I want to use this System seperate from my IP Telephoney System(Call manager (BE 7000)).
Thanks in Advance

Why do you not want this to go through your CUCM?
Basically if I am following you correctly you want the call to go from a analog phone connected to an FXS port of the ATA 191 to the specific FXO port on the gateway.
The config in CUCM is easy enough just set up a PLAR (private line automate ringdown) so whenever the analog phone is picked up it matches a black translation pattern or sip pattern that transforms to a route pattern that points only to that FXO port if SCCP or MGCP registered. If sip it points to the sip trunk and is handled by the gateway.

Would you please describe the call flow in more detail? Do you want a call inbound from the PSTN to ring on the ATA, or do you want a phone connected to the ATA to be a PLAR phone? If the latter is the case, will the target number be an internal number (based where) or an external (PSTN) number?
Is the ATA currently registered to your CUCM? If so, there is no way to have it be separate from your CUCM. However, it would be possible to register the ATA to a CUCME instance on the ISR and then set up a PLAR in CUCME.

Thanks Maren Mahoney for your reply.
This is a point to point Call between two keyless analogue phones. HQ analogue phone is connected to ATA191 and Remote analogue phone is connection to local PABX. The call will be connected while putting analogue phone onhook from both sides. incoming and outgoing call will be go through PLAR with Separate FXO Module for hotline in ISR4451x. we have two ways to process the call.
WithCALL Manager
1-Analogue phone---ATA---CUCM-----VG----PSTN-----------LOCALPABX----Analogue Phone
without Using Call manager
2- Analogue phone---ATA---CUCME----PSTN-----------LOCALPABX----Analogue Phone
I want to get advised from you, which one is better solution. Thanks

If you are still in the design/building/purchasing phase, a third option would be to put an FXS module in your ISR4451 and plug the analog phone in directly. Dial-peers on the router could take care of the inbound and outbound portions of the PLAR. No-ATA and no CUCM or CUCME involved in this case.
However, you don't mention if the VG has been acquired by CUCM via MGCP or SIP? (If the VG is controlled by CUCM via MGCP, you won't be able to get away from your "with CallManager" scenario.) Also, is your PSTN connection SIP or ISDN or something else?

Yes, We have ISDN and PSTN lines for Hotline Support. VG is controlled by CUCM via MGCP. Its better to go for Seprate VOICE Gateway for Hotline System. For example 4321. can u suggest minumum license (cost effective) in 4321 to support only hotline system including ATA. Thanks

Purchasing is not my area so I don't have a suggestion myself. I would suggest reaching out to your Cisco account rep for assistance.
