Cisco Call Attendant BUG ???

Hello everybody,

we just deployed our new IP Telephony and i am new in this domain... so maybe my question is a little ..... hmmm hmmm

Our telephonist has this problem when she tries to make a call outside , after a while ther is a random number appearing in the field where she ahs to put the phone number.... Seems very curious but that is it? any idea?

Is she using one of the AC hunt lines to make the outbound call? You may be getting an inbound call before she is able to complete the offhook dialing.

I would recommend setting up a separate, non AC hunt line for outbound calling.
