Cisco Configuration Professional 2.8 starting issue

Hi,

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate (64bit) with IE 11 and CCP 2.8. (Flashplayer 25 & Java 8). 

CCP does not start properly when I start it as administrator.

Here is what I tried:
> Adding 127.0.0.1 in IE's Compatibility View Settings
> Deleted Temporary Files in Java

When starting sometimes a popup on the bottom side of IE asks me to allow AxtiveX content, no sucess whether I do it or not.

The CCP Window stays some kind of blue/gray and I cannot do anything inside (see appended screenshot).
When I click inside the  window a popup appears on the IE bottom saying 127.0.0.1 not responding "Recover webpage".

Please help me, it's getting urgent since I tried to get that solved since the day before yesterday.

can you please try in different browser like Mozilla or google chrome.

how shoukd I be able to use another browser. The CCP opens itself with IE.

Just copy that link and paste in different broswer it will work .

or else if it is possible share your screen

There is no Link the IE opens without URL Line, also no option to let it show.

Sorry, had to reboot due to a downgrade to IE 9 wich was reported as a possible solution. no success
