Cisco CUAC user console not updating with new CUAC server hostname

Hello, 

We migrated attendant console users to new CUAC servers. We performed uninstall/reinstall of CUAC console exe but once we relog the console, it is trying to reach old server. The only way to fix it was to delete/recreate user profile on windows, but this is a heavy solution. Anyone knows how to avoid it  ?

I assume that could be due to cache   or Temp files.

Try removing temp files and see if that helps.

Which temp files?  which folder ?
