Cisco Cube SIP Authentication Clarification

Good Day Experts,

Another day another authentication problem with Telco's.

CUCM > Cube > Telco with SIP authentication.

I am struggling to get this to work and I am trying to get this pointed towards an ISP issue but I need to confirm our side is clean.

The Telco is saying that we are not sending the authentication details aka credentials but I have it configured in the sip-ua every which way possible with credentials and authentication with the registrar and sip server based on what they have said but it just doesnt register.

Known IPs are in the trust list in the SIP config.

Below is the only Register from what I can guess is from us:

Sent:
REGISTER sip:siptrunk.p2.alianza.com:5065 SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.65.140.194:5065;branch=z9hG4bK259B519C4

There is no authentication digest "username" below this output in the debugs. But I am not sure if this is the first request and then they respond with okay send the credentials and then we do register with credentials?

My suspicion is that either they are not responding to our register request or there is something missing like they dont want to see the DNS name they want IP in the SIP headers etc. i.e ISP issue and they have to give us the missing details.
