Cisco Edge 300 registered in AppSpace PRO loosing image

We met problem with losing image in Cisco Edge 300 connected to Display via HDMI cable. After some times displays show Black screen and flashing “connecting “ notification. I have to unplug and then plug in HDMI Cable from Cisco Edge 300 ,then Displays shows image. Sometimes this method not helping and I need to restart  Cisco Edge 300,or even unregister and then again register Cisco Edge 300 in Appspace Pro Server.

Some Cisco Edge Players are with Firmware 1.5 and Some of them with firmware 1.6
Displays are form  ViewSonic.
AppSpace Pro server version is  5.1.2
