Cisco EDGE340 always says OutOfSync-Offline

When we access our appspace page to control our dmp and look at our player listing every one of our EDGE340 devices says "OutOfSync-Offline". Our DMP-4310 looks fine. The device appears to be working properly. Anything I can do to resync the device?

 

The software running on the EDGE340 is 5.0.3.0.

I have the same Offline problem, but mine shows In Sync running 5.1.0.0. I am able to ssh into it ...... very strange.
