Cisco EX60 - can it be used with a Tandberg remote

Hi,

Technically, it is possible if the touch panel is not connected.

But, the EX60 should be used with the touch panel and the support level provided is when the EX60 is used with the touch panel.

Unfortunately, there are some customers out there who still prefer the remote control.

I have a Tandberg TRC 4 remote.

The power light blinks when I press any botton, indicating the EX60 is receiving IR signal.

I do not get a menu coming up !

Perhaps there is some special sequence to get the EX60 to recognize the remote ?

Hi,

Set the Menu type to Full.  You can change this via telnet API (as below) or from the web interface.
