Hi, Espereir,

Thanks for your reply.

I have read the contents on the links you gave me. Thanks for that.

I see that is a complex solution.

But I understood very well this solution.

My company is interested on this solution, focused on Unified Communications.

So, we would offer UC as a Service.

Thats our focal point.

But how to do this, with this Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution?

What are the requirements? In terms of hardware and software, is there extra that needs to be bought??
How the deployment is done?

Basically, I need to find technical information in order to understand and deploy this "UCaaS - Unified Communication as a Service" solution, and I cant find that.

Any help on that?

Thanks one more time

Hi Edson,

Unfortunately, I cannot give you technical details regarding this solution, the information has been disclosed to Cisco Partners, if you are a Cisco Partner you may have access to the communities site, there you can find the PVT HCS presentations: https://communities.cisco.com/docs/DOC-18350; if you are not a Cisco Partner, you may contact your AM or your Partner in order to obtain additional resources.

Or you can register for a free Cisco live! virtual account at https://www.ciscolive365.com/connect/publicDashboard.ww and look for the HCS content there, there are some PPTs and events that explain the architecture in detail.
