Cisco IOS ISR Voice disconnect /cause/values/chart/matrix

Hello

Do somebody has a chart or a matrix for cisco voice routers disconnect codes?

when I use "debug voice ccapi inout" sometimes I face with some error codes like:

*Jun 26 20:34:27.349: //10337/24130DCD8FEF/CCAPI/ccCallDisconnect:
   Cause Value=16, Call Entry(Responsed=TRUE, Cause Value=16)

or Cause Value=38

Some months ago there used to be a chart online but that chard was for an IOS version that was deferred so is no longer available.

16 >> Normal Call Clearing
38 >> Network Out of Order
