Hi Shawn,
You need to edit the OS79xx.txt file on the TFTP server to specify a Skinny protocol load, and that load also needs to be present on the TFTP server. Check out this URL:

Thanks your reply,
I have to use my OS79xx.txt files.
but no any response for my SIP Phone change to Skinny Phone
I can see my TFTP server have to do upgrade firmware from SIP Phone screen. the light up from "Headset" then "Mute" then Speaker", the screen show "Phone Unprovisioned",
so my firmware still is POS30202 (Application Load ID), PC03M030 (Boot Load ID)
so have any problem to resolve it.
maybe my SIP Phone setting have some wrong config .. I can setup to correct at my SIP Phone config .. or ...
Regards,
Shawn

edit this file and put in the name of the skinny load you have on your call manager , for example : P00303020100
Make sure you do not add the '.bin' extension
Reboot the phone, and it will download this file, see the filename is different to the image it is currently running, request the new image and reprogramme it's flash memory with the new image.
