Are you using Enterprise-based firmware or 3PCC?

I dont get what u said....but this is the firmware we are using in our environment... sip88xx.12-0-1SR1-1

Is there a Cisco CallManager in the network?

I am getting error as Customisation Pending or Failed.
Also, the phone is displaying Phone not registered.

Also, I could not find any specific configuration guide for the same.

You can just follow the 8800 series configuration guide, the basic configuration for pretty much all devices in CUCM is the same, add it under device and configure the mandatory fields, and any other fields you'd need. Make sure the device can reach the CUCM server and the TFTP server.

I checked the configuration on the phone and all the required configuration is correct like DHCP server, Domain Name, etc. But I could not find any such option for TFTP in the phone.

Settings --> Admin Settings --> Network SetUp --> Ethernet SetUp -->IPV4 SetUp

DHCP - On
DHCP Address Released -- No
Enable VLAN - On
Resync DHCP Option to Use -- 150

Please let me know if anything else needs to be taken care of.
