Please advise me the necessary devices required to connect around 250 IP phones in a company of 4 buildings all located in a compound. EPABX will be placed in the ground floor of a second building. How all these devices will be connected to each other.
Looking forward

Tahir,
OK, here is a quick list of some of the items you will most likely want to have.
CallManager servers MCS or ICS
Switches to support the phones, 3524 with Inline power make life simple.
H323 or MGCP IOS gateways to connect to the PSTN.
The phones of course, 7960/7940's are the most functional
There really are many more question that recomendations at this point.
Do you need voicemail, Unified messaging?
What other infrastructure currently exists that can be used? Cat 6K for example.
I would initially point you to the IP Telephony design Guide
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/ip_tele/iptlink.htm
and suggest you contact your Cisco Sales rep for further assitance in deploying your network.

Thanx for your valuable information. To be more explicit, Let's divide the scenario in 3 different groups.
1) To deploy IP telephony within a building.
2) To deploy within a campus, with an involvment of one PABX.
3) To deploy in a bit more scalable area such that traffic from one PABX would be destined to the other PABX.
What basic devices should be involved in each case if cabling layout is cat6K and unified messaging with voice mail is required.
Looking forward
