Hello I have a cisco IP/VC 3520 and MCU MGC-50 ACCORD, and use embended gatekeeper of ip/VC but i can´t make LAN call to ISDN, and the MGC-50 it not register with a gatekeeper. There are some advice or whitepaper or so on.
Verify that you have service prefixes set correctly. You need to configure service prefixes that the gateway registers with. You can telnet into the gateway and place a call, the messages on the telnet session may give you a good idea what is going on. Since you are running the gatekeeper on the 3520 you will see gatekeeper messages as well as the gateway messages.
