Dear Sir,
I cannot login to cisco jabber from outside of our corporate network. I got following message ( Please see in attached file ). How can I check.
Public IP address is reachable and can ping , traceroute also complete.

Now, I found certificate expire. :)
So, I am trying to renew the certificate .

Have you configured your expressways / DNS / certificates / etc correctly as per the MRA Deployment Guide for your appropriate software version?
