Cisco Mediasense Bulk export recorded files

Hi,

Is there a way we can 'Bulk export' the recorded files from Cisco medisense.

For example the recordings for a particular extension for last 30 days.

Hi Bejoy,

To retrieve the mp4s individually without backing up the entire system are via Search & Play manually one-by-one or alternatively using a custom designed API to pull the mp4s in a batch format. If you have development expertise you can use the developer's manual on writing custom APIs

Hi Bejoy -

We too have the same concerns about bulk export.

We need to have all recordings and meta data exported nightly.

Does Cisco TAC help here, do they created the root access and directly pull the recorded files from the Mediasense servers ??

OR there any other easy ways do it apart from writing API's ?
