Hello ,
We are using Callmanager Version 3.1, The Soft Phone version v1.3 (3) is not working with it, basically no lines is appearing when we start the Soft Phone.
Please suggest some solution

Wow thats old. Ok, while installing softphone did you choose to have the softphone installed with CM 3.1 or later option?
Have you gone through the steps on how install/configuring softphone with Callmanager URL?

Are you using softphone while your VPN'd or LAN to CM server (CTI Manager)?
Is this a demo version of CM?
Make sure no firewall is turned on (PIX, XP firewall, etc) If using firewall of some sort make sure not blocking ports SCCP - TCP 2000, CTI/QBE - TCP 2748.
Could be likely your Cisco TSP version is not matching the TSP version on CM. You may want to uninstall the TSP you have installed on your Client PC/laptop (Softphone). Then from you PC (softphone) browse using IE explorer http://
If you having troubles downloading the TSP version on to your Client PC then simply grab the ciscotsp.exe file under c:\ciscoplugins\server in you CM server.
If you have any further problems you may want to raise a TAC case for further troubleshooting.

Hello,
I installed IP Softphone only to my notebook and cannot see line at popup windows.
My setting at ciscotsp001.tsp seems to be okay.
How did you make it workable, please?
