Cisco Spark Room Kit

Just install a Spark Room Kit, I upgrade from 9.1.3 to 9.3.1 and now the second monitor doesn't work. Any info about why is not working?

We encountered a similar issue, if you are using full 4K 60FPS resolution, ensure your HDMI cables can handle the full 4K 60FPS.

We tried changing the settings before swapping the cables by reducing the resolution but it did not help.

We ended up just leaving all the settings back to original and changing the cables resulted in night and day differences.

We had a couple screens that were presenting lines / fuzziness which were resolved by swapping the cables as well.

There are cable testers you can use to test capacity.
