Cisco SX20 and C20 remote control at the same room

Hi there,

We have a demo room for customers with Cisco SX20 and C20 both in the same room. When we try to use the remote control of SX20, the C20 also response to it. We can switch off the one we aren't using, but this isn't an ideal situation. 

Is there a way to pair remote control to each system and they don't give response with another remote control?

The TRC remote will always control both endpoints if they are in proximity of where you're using the remote control, there is no way to control one or the other because the IR codes the remote control uses can operate either one. The simplest solution is to cover up the camera's IR sensor of the endpoint you don't want to control at that moment, which is what I do when I'm testing with multiple endpoints at once in my office.
