does anyone know which port I need to open to be able to use my tsp in outlook?

Also, you should open the TAPI ports for the TSP integration.

Ah I already had this list, but I didn't know that it uses the tapi port!

I still get the message after opening port 2789

"an error occurred in the automatic phone..."

any suggestions

I've fixed the problem.. forgot to add a device to a user!
