running a unity connection ver 8.62 for all my sites , however i had an issue with one of my site today when a user attempte to hit the message button off his cisco 7962 phone he is not connecting to to the voice mail . we get nothing
however when i dial the ex # internaly i retreive the default cisco message greeting .
this is an issue with this site only hermosillo & everyone else can connect to the voice mail without any issue
call manager ver is 8.62 as well
Check the VM profile assigned to the phones, and if you should get your VM box and not the general greeting, your routing rules in CUC.

Follow Jaime's advice and if required download the Port Status Monitor to verify what number is reaching CUC.
