Hi,
We are using a remote-worker solution with Cisco 1721's and ADSL lines to provide our home users with hardware VPN access into our corporate network. Several users complain that their VOIP phone at home has one of the following issues periodically throughout the week:
* One-way audio (they can hear someone but the other side cant hear them, or visa versa)
* Clicking on the line when calling external resources (but VOIP caller cannot hear it, only outside call receiver)
Does anyone have any recommendations where we can begin to look to resolve these issues?
Thanks,
Tim Prendergast
