Cisco Webex Share Device setup

We have a couple of the new Cisco Webex Share devices. We are trying to set them up, when we select the WebexShare network and enter the passphrase it thinks about connecting then doesnt. It just then goes in a loop where we try to connect then it says the passphrase is wrong even though its not. We have reset the device multiple times, tried connecting using a PC and a Mac. Same issue happens. Any suggestions?

Have you made sure that your network allows your Webex Share Device to talk to the Webex Cloud and that all the required firewall ports are open to allow this communication to occur?
