Hi,
Does anyone tell me if Ciscoworks can be used for monitoring CallManager system? If not, which products can be used except those included in CallManager itself?
Is NetIQ good for this?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Yes, Cisco Works can be used for this.
Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with NetIQ and can not provide you with an opinion.

I have had really great expiriences with Sitescope from www.mercury.com.

you can try "OpManager" it is free upto 20 devices.this is really best software to monitor Router bandwidth,switches,firewall,server (i.e you can monitor services of call manager)
