Under policy-map and class i cannot get the set command listed. I want to use the "set" command to set the dscp value. Any suggestions ?

There are many ways to implement DSCP. You can use "match" command command instead of "set" command. Also its ios dependent. So i would use .T version in 12.2 or 12.3 train for that. Here are the link which talks about some other ways to set DSCP values

OK, that made it clear to me. I can use the rate-limit (CAR) statement used with access lists on an interface to set value for the dscp field in the ip header. This will give the same functionality as CB marking. Thanks.
