CM3.1 RouteListExhausted

I get the following error in event viewer on the CM. WDPSD is a route list that points to a route group that has a h323gateway. It is the main PRI for all incoming/outgoing calls. I can ping the gateway from the CM no problem. The gateway has never failed. ??

Error: RouteListExhausted - An available route not found in the indicated route list.

UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME:MediaResourceListName: WDPSD

App ID: Cisco CallManager

Cluster ID: WDPCCM01-Cluster

Node ID: 10.115.1.1

Explanation: An available route could not be found in the indicated route list.

Recommended Action: Add additional routes in the indicated route list. This alarm indicates a network failure or device failure..

I have had this problem with 3.1(1) and 3.1(2c).Try setting the Stoprountingonuserbusy in the service parametes to T.This may reduce it but there is a bug ID if you check the release notes.
