Hi all,

I have a CME 10.5 and I'm trying to capture calls on a CIPC (SCCP) from a 7821 (SIP) but it doesn't work. There is a way to capture calls from a SIP phone using a SCCP phone?

"capture" means "pickup calls... ringing in another phone"

Hi,

Pickup calls or "capture" between different phone devices not depending on the protocol of transferring calls as long as its dependence on the services that runs on call control systems.

before we could answer your question, could you make a normal call from your SCCP CIPC softphone to your SIP phone meant in the post?
