CME 3.3 Unity 4.0.5

Hello,

I am having an issue with Unity 4.0.5 and Call Manager Express 3.3. Inside a call handler or inside the directory handler when a call gets transfered it goes directly to voicemail.

I can get calls to transfer if I set a call handler to transfer and release to switch. But this is not possible for the directory handler, or a user dialing an extension inside or the call handler.

Does anybody have any suggestions.

Two things you need to check:

1. That the Call Handler has a Extension. This is on the CH's Profile Page.

2. That the "Transfer incoming calls" section of the "Call Transfer" page is set to "Yes, ring message recpicient's extension"
