Is there any way to configure call manager express to get directories from LDAP server.

Not directly. You need a software module that is in between the LDAP server and phone XML services. This module either your develop custom, or contact some developer to have it done.

As mentioned in the earlier post, its not straight forward.
Recently Cisco launched Cisco Unified Application Environment program, where all the technology partners develop these custom built applications for UC products.
