For integrating CCM and CME do I need an MTP?
If I dont use MTP what happens?

you don't need MTP.
MTP is required to provide supplementary services for most h323 boxes that aren't compatible with the way ccm provides suppl services (using empty capabilities set).
Since CME is compatible you won't need MTP.

Actually, CCME uses H450 for supplementary services whereas CCM uses ECS. An MTP is therefore recommended when networking both products:
"In order to achieve CCME and CCM interoperability, it is recommended to
configure the CCMEs in an ICT trunk mode on the CCM, and use a Media Termination Point(MTP); and
disable inbound fast start support on CCM version 3.3.3 and 3.3.2(spc).
On the CCM, set Send H225 User Info message field to send to H225 Info for Ringback.
I am not the technical expert, but do know that in any conversations I have been a part of, an MTP has always been required.
