CMS, CUCM & Expressway Zone Profiles

I have CUCM 11.5 with Expressway C/E v8.10 all working OK.

I'm about to add Meeting Server to CUCM and I'm reading some of the docs. The Meeting Server docs give scary warnings about filtering iX to endpoints that don't support it ("Endpoint may reboot"!). But does this apply to far end devices connecting via Expressway & CUCM? Should I be filtering iX at Expressway?

IX protocol should be disabled on any Expressway zones that send calls to either CUCM 8.x and earlier or third-party networks.
