CMS - WebRTC の障害解析に Chrome の Console Log を活用する方法

CMS server : 2.3.11

Client OS: Windows 7 & Windows 10

Chrome version: 73

 

Join meeting as guest,

Symptoms:

-some of the PC can join without problem

-but some of the PC click join and wait for a while then kick out back to "join screen"

 

Question:

Anyway to troubleshoot this problem??? why certain PC is working but other not working.....

on the webadmin page... error message doesn't show much.....on the client pc, can't generate diagnostic file since the client not manage to join the meeting....help

Upgrade the  CMS to 2.5.2 it will fix your problem

Please read cisco meeting 2.5.2 data sheet and i took screen shot for the change
