I'm having issues with CSA. Uploaded CUCM traces. After clicking on the call I want to troubleshoot...Under call details, Annotated logs are showing blank and its been doing it for a while. Please Advise.

The team that support this tool have let me know that they are aware of this issue. They have found the cause and they will deploy the fix.
Unfortunately they have no ETA for that at the moment.

There is a small red icon near issues found. Is it showing any error message when you scroll near it.
