communicator stuck at initializing state

Hi all,

I have been experiencing a problem where the CIPC install on a laptop can't seem to get past the initializing state, and it can't get files off of the tftp server. Running CCM 4.1, first had this problem with an earlier version of CIPC, upgraded to 1.3 and the problem went away for awhile but has now reappeared!

Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions?

I've seen this problem as well. The reason for this in my environment is a lack of option 150 on the data VLAN that the PCs run on. The quickest way I've found to fix it is to add CiscoCM1 to the local PCs host file.
