When a conference is scheduled and participants are joined together, the manual said that almost at the end of conference we must have an anouncement to warn about the duration,
except this does not hapents, but instead the duration of the conference automaticly jumps by incrementing with 15 minutes ....
Does anybody has an ideea ?
Thanks

This is working as designed. When there are 5 minutes left in a meeting Conference Connection checks to see if there are ports avaliable in the next 15 minute time interval. If there are ports avalaible CCC will automatically extend the meeting. If there are no (or not enough) ports avaliable in the next 15 minute block then it will play the announcement.

Thanks for your answer;I've just tested and behaves the same you was telling.
I gues there is no setting to modify this.(Like modifing an parameter for those 5 minutes check).

CCC will always attempt to extend conferences if there are clients connected to a conference. There are two cases where a conference is stopped - even if clients are connected:
1. Another conference is starting - and that conference takes the total port usage to more than the licenses limit. This is a resource clash.
2. Another conference with the same ID will start in 5 mins. This is an ID clash.
