Little unclear, so I'll assume some information.
Assuming your using the default CallManager user database, DC Directory. Not Active Directory.
First, from CCMAdmin go to System / Enterprise Parameters / URL Directories. Make sure that the http://ipaddressofCCM/CCMCIP/xmldirectory.asp entry is the IP address of the CallManager Publisher. By default it's the name of the server. Make the change and click update on top of the page.
To have users and their numbers appear, when pressing the directories button, selection #4, "Corporate Directory", you will need to add users to the CallManager database:
