I'm at my wits end and I'm sure it's something bloody stoopid....
I have CUCM, Unity Connect and IM&P configured. Jabber client on windows signs in and works but no voicemail connection.
I've been following the guides to configure this and I keep coming across the option I am supposed to have, and I don't: Cisco Unified Presence Administration > Application > Cisco Unified Personal Communicator > Voicemail Server .
What I do have is Cisco Unified Presence Administration > Application > Legacy Clients > CCMCIP profile.
The question I have is, why doesn't this option exist, what am I missing?

What version of CUCM/IM&P are you running? In CUCM 10+ these settings are actually in CallManger now under User Management -> User Settings -> UC Service

I am running into the same issue, it seems you also need LDAP integration on the Unity Server in order for it to work the way we want. If you go to a user in Unity there is a option in the password settings to set a web password. That worked for me, but it's only a temp solution until I can convert to LDAP.
