Connect IP phones to remote call manager

Hi,

I have a router which is connected to a PSTN link and IP phones at the LAN. but my call manager is installed in another router connected via frame-relay network. How can I transfer the calls coming from PSTN line to the router which is connected to the call manager.

this is only for temporary usage.

I attached a rough diagram with this.
